A few words about our Owner...

Camecia Clark has over 13 years of experience in the working in the mental health field and substance abuse as a therapist. Camecia has provided counseling services for all ages that have experienced a crisis, recent trauma, or on-going distress. Most are challenged by a specific, personal goal—like losing weight, creating more work-life balance, finding ways to parent more effectively, or feeling anxious about dating again after a rough break up. If you need someone to talk to or you just feel stuck in life, I’m here.

She uses a variety of methods and techniques including person centered with a mix of solution focused that can be utilized based on your personal treatment goals, values, personality, and needs. Camecia has additional training as a Prepare Enrich facilitator for pre-engagement, pre-marital, and married couples.

She has always had a passion for helping others and she hopes to help parents, teachers, and community leaders to have necessary conversations with children about their mental health. She hopes to bring awareness to the community that has been conditioned to ignore the signs of mental health and trauma and inspire us all to end the stigma of mental illness. She specializes in teaching children and teens to express their feelings to their parents, develop healthy coping skills, and to seek help when needed.
